Flash will be available in a non beta form on August 18th. Also Verizon didn’t say there wouldn’t be tethering. They said there wouldn’t be WIFI tethering because the droid doesn’t have the necessary hardware to transmit wifi. USB tethering is fine with me!

its not out for the Droid Incredible yet right?
about 1 year ago
@xgeetaristx , flash isnt appearing cause adobe hasnt released it to show up for the droid yet, you can still get/find the beta, and tethering didnt show up because he has to connect to a pc via usb and once that happens it will redirect you to a verizon page where you have to pay. and you say this will void..ha, it’s the same one that many are getting thru OTA, FRG01B is the final, but the one that’s ‘rumored’ FRG22 is a possible security patch.

@xgeetaristx what’s your source?

I’ve bookmarked the Android Central website. and surf on work computer and my Droid! great site, keep it up. I enjoyed this preview of whats to come in Froyo 2.2 thanks!
about 1 year ago
This version will void your warranty. This is not the final 2.2. This is the FROG1B version but the the final Kernal. The OTA is the ONLY OFFICIAL build. The reason why ‘we are only getting nine” is because it does not contain the official kernal release. This is the TEST version that was LEAKED on google. Wait for the OTA trust. See how his market has no comments and has lag cant find official flash sometimes tether doesnt work. GO AHEAD AND MANUAL UPDATE it will free up the airways for me
about 1 year ago
you have to pay fro the tether the alternative is the pda.net app in the market place free version will work properly

You can also install multiple updates in the Market at one time instead of having to update one app at a time.
about 1 year ago

about 1 year ago
adobe flash can only be downloaded from the adobe website not the market.
