dont get me wrong , i use to feel the same way , i took me a while to learn that the querty keyboard is worthless, i learned the suretype , and i can type faster on it . then i did on my 8830. and do yourself the favor and install the 5.0.0.230 leaked os. you can find it on crackberry. i love this phone now. so much that i could have gotten the tour , but the storm 2 is a must have

You are in the minority my friend, I bark out over 100 emails a day and I am hating every minute of it. I am hoping I win the lottery as I would like to dedicate a sizable portion of my life to ensuring this phone makes it onto the top ten worst device ever created.

She just said that for people who email a lot the phone is not for them. That is what the Blackberry is for! So she just said the phone is worthless!

the touch on phone is not difficult to use at all. I have tested myslef and I personallly haven’t used a qwerty with buttons but the storm feels as close to buttons as any phone and is very easy to use even with heavy texting and email. also With V Cast and Rhapsody subscription for $14.99 per month, you can transfer unlmited amounts of music over to this phone. Overall save money in areas like you spending money on itunes with the iphone and also camera, pics, VIDEO, mms, and removable battery

thanks for the info. Im getting one tommorrow, but Id much rather have the Iphone, but my family is with Verizon and would be more sensible for me to get a storm than go with ATT. I am a heavy texter and i wonder if the surepress technology will be annoying… anyway thanks for the vid.
