if you have the usb cable with the other end that goes it ur phone you plug it in to your comp. and go to the settings than go to general than slide “conect to pc” that go to “my comp.” some stupid picture thing pops up x out of that than go to my computer and it should have a link that says removable disk(I:) click on it and there u go
